Saji Nusantara brings the flavors of the Indonesian archipelago to Uzbekistan — family recipes, fresh spices, and a warm welcome.
Our kitchen is built on dishes we grew up with: nasi goreng from busy street stalls, sate kambing grilled over charcoal, soto simmered slowly at home. We cook them the way they are cooked in Indonesia — with patience and generous spice.
